| Whereas | Engineering is a discipline that requires intensive computer usage; and |
| Whereas | The number of computers provided does not meet the students' needs; and |
| Whereas | A number of engineering students work during the day, take night classes, and can work on their projects at night; and |
| Whereas | The Nedderman Computing Lab facility, which carries most of the engineering software applications, is open until 12:00 A.M. Sunday through Thursday, and 10:00 P.M. Friday and Saturday. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The Nedderman Computing Lab facility be open until 2:00 A.M. every day; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | This resolution will enable more students to use the lab; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | This resolution shall take effect immediately. |
