| Whereas | The only trashcans serving Lipscomb Hall are located at the Lipscomb Courtyard entrance; and |
| Whereas | There are no outdoor trashcans serving the parking lot areas of these buildings, North and South Lipscomb Hall entrance ways. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Trashcans shall be placed at the entrances of Lipscomb Hall North and South. |
