| Whereas | The Wheelchair Basketball team has to pay for maitenance, microphone fee, utilities, and a building use fee when hosting a game at Texas Hall; and |
| Whereas | The Basketball and Volleyball teams only have to pay for maintenance, microphone fee, and utilities when hosting a game; and |
| Whereas | The high cost of the building use fee has to be recovered by charging students an admission fee; and |
| Whereas | The admission fee turns away most students who would like to attend the home game but would rather not pay the fee; and |
| Whereas | Most of the expense cannot be recovered by admission fee and concessions, making the event non-cost product and reducing the number of home games. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The Wheelchair Basketball team be exempt from the building use fee in Texas Hall; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | This excemption should take place at the beginning of the fall of 1995. |
