| Whereas | A majority of the students at UTA have part time jobs. The officer positions of Student Congress should not be restricted to those candidates who do not work; and |
| Whereas | The SSFAC committee has allocated money to pay Student Congress executive members; and |
| Whereas | The executive committee will assume more responsibility as a result of this compensation. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The executive committee be reduced and renamed to include the offices of President, Vice-President, Secretary, Parliamentarian, Treasurer, and Program Director. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | This resolution be included in the constitution and by-law revisions that will be finalized Fall 1994. |
