| Whereas | 38% of student service fees are allocated to intercollegiate athletics before the Student Service Fee Advisory Committee (SSFAC) meets and regardless of SSFAC's recommendations; and |
| Whereas | SSFAC is limited to a set number of representatives and therefore a set number of opinions and suggestions; and |
| Whereas | The purpose of SSFAC is to advise the allocations of the total student service fee budget. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | A Student Service Fee Hearing be held before money is allotted by the president of the University or the SSFAC suggests allotments; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The forum will be open to all students and anouncement of it made public; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The president be present at the hearing; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Any charges incurred be paid by student service fees and the meeting be presided over by the SSFAC representatives. |
