| Whereas | Students repeatedly receive parking tickets for illegal parking on a dirt lot; and |
| Whereas | It is unreasonable to expect anyone to park within nonexistent lines; and |
| Whereas | The parking appeals panel cannot reasonably uphold such tickets. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | All unpaved UTA parking lots be paved, lined, and appropriately signed to clearly delineate legal parking spaces; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Paving parking lots in the immediate vicinity of construction, whereby the new pavement would be destroyed by the construction equipment, shall be postponed until the immediate threat of destruction has passed. |
