Whereas | Tardiness is detrimental to the aims of Student Congress and is easily preventable; and |
Whereas | Student Congress penalizes its members for their absences yet overlooks their tardiness. |
Be It Further Resolved That | Two tardies will be equivalent to an unexcused absence and will likewise require an equivalent penalty; and |
Be It Further Resolved That | Representatives will be considered tardy when the last representative on the roll has been called. |
