| Whereas | Tardiness is detrimental to the aims of Student Congress and is easily preventable; and |
| Whereas | Student Congress penalizes its members for their absences yet overlooks their tardiness. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Two tardies will be equivalent to an unexcused absence and will likewise require an equivalent penalty; and |
