Remarks IMPLEMENTED - The resolution failed in committee by a 0-7-0 vote. The chair brought it before Congress by request of the author.
Whereas Tardiness is detrimental to the aims of Student Congress and is easily preventable; and
Whereas Student Congress penalizes its members for their absences yet overlooks their tardiness.
Be It Further Resolved That Two tardies will be equivalent to an unexcused absence and will likewise require an equivalent penalty; and
Be It Further Resolved That Representatives will be considered tardy when the last representative on the roll has been called.
