| Whereas | All UTA students including night students are automatically charged an involuntary $25.00 Medical Service Fee at the time of registration; and |
| Whereas | The Student Health Center is only open until 5 pm on weekdays and patients are accepted until 4:30 pm; and |
| Whereas | Most students work or attend class and are unable to get to the Health Center by 4:30 pm. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The Student Health Center shall implement a change in operating hours to accommodate students who are unable to get to the center before it closes; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The change in operating hours be implemented immediately from 9am until 6pm weekdays and Saturday operating hours not be affected. |
