| Whereas | The Undergraduate Assembly is an important part of government here at UTA; and |
| Whereas | Currently there is only one student member, that being the president of Student Congress; and |
| Whereas | A lack of student representation in a group as important as this one could lead to legislation that is detrimental to student interest. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The student representation on the Undergraduate Assembly be increased to four (4) members; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The three (3) new members be the Vice President, Treasurer of Student Congress and an at large position elected from the Student Congress body. |
