| Whereas | Many students plan their course schedules around the course content of their prospective courses; and |
| Whereas | It is in the best interest of a student to register as early as possible to ensure proper class scheduling; and |
| Whereas | Many Colleges, Schools and or Departments do not post syllabi for their courses on the Web; and |
| Whereas | This body has already passed and had approved by the University's President a resolution requesting the posting of course syllabi for students to access before registration. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Colleges, Schools and Departments post course syllabi on their websites as soon as possible; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Colleges, Schools and Departments make every effort possible to determine that these syllabi are posted and easily accessible before the first day of registration for all students each semester. |
