| Whereas | Student Congress meets only on Tuesday nights from 6-8 pm; and |
| Whereas | The parking conditions for these upstanding members of the Academic Community are less than adequate; and |
| Whereas | The Faculty lot at the east end of the University Center is never full at night. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Student Congress members be allowed to park in the aforementioned lot only on Tuesday evenings; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Special Student Congress hang tags be issued to each member at the beginning of the semester, and to new members upon their arrival; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | New tags be issued at each semester with a different color and/or date of expiration; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Funding for tags be provided by Student Congress; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | This shall take effect in the Fall 1993 semester. |
