| Whereas | The UTA Constitution provides for the existence of a constituency council for each college; and |
| Whereas | The College of Social Work is the only college not represented by a Constituency Council; and |
| Whereas | The faculty, students, and representatives of the School of Social Work desire to create a constituency council in the interest of better representation. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Student Congress give its support to the creation of the Social Work Constituency Council. |
