| Whereas | The UTA campus has beautiful buildings and grounds; and |
| Whereas | Many of the trash cans on campus are 55 gallon drums or smaller; and |
| Whereas | These trash cans are in dire need of a fresh coat of paint; and |
| Whereas | The particular shade of blue school colors would greatly enhance their appearance. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The metal trash cans receive a fresh coat of blue school colors each spring and fall semester. |
