Remarks IMPLEMENTED
Whereas The first days of the semester tend to be confusing for new students; and
Whereas Not all students have finished the registration process, and susequently may not be in possession of a parking sticker and/or a copy of the UTA parking regulations; and
Whereas The UTA Police Department will make plenty of revenue in the coming school year due to parking violations.
Be It Further Resolved That The UTA P.D. shall declare a parking amnesty until the day following the last day of late registration; and
Be It Further Resolved That Moving violations, parking in handicapped spaces without a permit, and parking in fire lanes are still subject to citation; and
Be It Further Resolved That Parking regulation booklets be prominently displayed during registration; and
Be It Further Resolved That This bill shall take effect for the 1993 Spring semester.
