| Remarks | FAILED - Other universities charge full price for dual permits. It is designed so students living on campus will not take the spots reserved for commuters. |
| Whereas | Buying in bulk is supposed to save customers money, hence the idea behind buying from wholesalers; and |
| Whereas | The dual parking permit currently costs exactly double the cost of the single permit, and is not cost effective; and |
| Whereas | The cost of the permit partially reflects a portion of the amount required to maintain the parking lots; and |
| Whereas | The parking office charges double the cost of the single permit, even though a student cannot park in two different spots simultaneously; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The parking office change the price of the dual permit to not exceed 1.5 times the price of the regular permit. |
