| Whereas | The members of AMAS yearly organize the Semana de Cultura, to showcase the diversity of the Hispanic culture, in which all proceeds go to a Hispanic Endwoment Fund used entirely for student scholarships; and |
| Whereas | The members of AMAS were recently awarded the Homecoming Spirit Trophy for displaying the most school spirit as an organization for the 2nd year in a row. |
