Remarks IMPLEMENTED - Administrative Memorandum 92-6 dated February 18, 1992, covers this issue.
Whereas Through repeated resolutions, contests, it is obvious a parking problem does exist on campus; and
Whereas When students pay for a parking sticker, they should be able to park in any student A parking lot at any time; and
Whereas Sometimes the university further encourages the parking problem by opening up hard-to-come by student A parking spaces in student A parking while faculty, visitor and remote spaces go unutilized; and
Whereas This is unfair to the student who has paid for this spot.
Be It Further Resolved That The university not be allowed to restrict student access to student A parking in order to create parking spaces for non-students coming here for a variety of reasons.
