Whereas It would be in the best interest of the students to have the Historian also submit vairous records of student organizations, such as Student Congress resolutions and minutes or independent newspapers, to Special Collections to be permanently stored.
Be It Further Resolved That The Student Congress By-laws be amended to include a section "G" under Article I as follows: "The historian shall keep a scrapbook of campus and other newspaper articles concerning important subjects relating to the University. The Historian shall hereby be the official documenter of student activities to include Student Congress resolutions and minutes and independent newspapers, to Special Collections and shall submit documentation upon presentation to and approval of Student Congress.
