| Whereas | A parking problem does exist on campus; and |
| Whereas | Remote parking goes unutilized; and |
| Whereas | Requiring some students to park in remote parking would alleviate congestion on other parking areas. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Zero hour freshmen be required to park in remote parking between the hours of 8:00 am to 3:00 pm; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | This measure take effect in the Fall 1992 semester. |
