| Be It Further Resolved That | In order to strengthen resolve of American personnel in the Middle East, the Student Congress of the University of Texas at Arlington, the official representative body of the approximately 25, 000 students here, hereby shows its support and overwhelming concern for the American troops serving in Operation Desert Storm. |
