Remarks FAILED
Whereas UTA should look inviting to all visitors, faculty, staff, students, and alumni; and
Whereas Several areas on campus are trampled on by individuals (i.e. Cooper street bridge in front of the Library); and
Whereas Trampled greenery costs money to replace; and
Whereas Costs could decrease if the greenery did not have to be replaced.
Be It Further Resolved That The physical plant develop a program in order to keep people on the sidewalk; and
Be It Further Resolved That The program needs to advertise with either signs throughout campus or in the newspaper stressing the importance of using the sidewalk.
