Whereas | UTA should look inviting to all visitors, faculty, staff, students, and alumni; and |
Whereas | Several areas on campus are trampled on by individuals (i.e. Cooper street bridge in front of the Library); and |
Whereas | Trampled greenery costs money to replace; and |
Whereas | Costs could decrease if the greenery did not have to be replaced. |
Be It Further Resolved That | The physical plant develop a program in order to keep people on the sidewalk; and |
Be It Further Resolved That | The program needs to advertise with either signs throughout campus or in the newspaper stressing the importance of using the sidewalk. |
