Remarks IMPLEMENTED
Whereas Many courses are only offered a limited number of semesters per academic year; and
Whereas Students are unable to effectively plan their academic schedules unless the frequency of course offerings is provided well in advance of their estimated enrollment in the course; and
Whereas A system similar to that utilized by the Mechanical Engineering Department in the College of Engineering in the current UNDERGRADUATE CATALOG would allow more effective academic planning by students.
Be It Further Resolved That All departments are required to publish a listing of courses that indicated which courses are not offered on a semesterly basis; and
Be It Further Resolved That Where possible, the semester in which the courses will be offered shall be published, or otherwise indicate the frequency with which the courses will be offered; and
Be It Further Resolved That This listing be published for the 1991-93 academic period as an addendum to the 1991-93 Undergraduate Catalog, and that future listings be incorporated in all future editions of the Undergraduate Catalog.
