| Whereas | UTA Bursar's Netpay "Pay To" section is unclear and confusing; and |
| Whereas | Students are unsure what to classify their payments under when selecting a category; and |
| Whereas | Payments that are made to a category that has a balance of zero are put towards payment for the following semester and refunds cannot be given until the following semester after financial aid has been distributed. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Netpay transfer payments to accounts with outstanding balances. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | MyMav and Netpay consolidate and use the same jargon when referring to payments or that Netpay have a page or link that gives a listing of which charges fall under which categories (i.e. Registration Related Charges, SGO, etc.) |
