| Remarks | FAILED. The bookstore said that 3XL ordering options are available. Have to call suppliers to make sure sizes are available. |
| Whereas | The UT Arlington bookstore and website is the primary location for students, faculty, and alumni to purchase UT Arlington products such as shirts, mugs, hats, and school supplies with UT Arlington logos; and |
| Whereas | Because of long standing rumors that UT Arlington copyright issues have prevented any other store or company from selling UT Arlington shirts and merchandise; and |
| Whereas | Many students, faculty, and alumni do not fit into the traditional S-2XL sizes of UT Arlington clothing that the bookstore carries; and |
| Whereas | After repeated personal conversations with UT Arlington bookstore staff and supervisors requesting larger sizes to be special ordered to show Maverick Alumni Pride; and |
| Whereas | The bookstore's answer is that it is not possible to place an order smaller than 20 units of any type of apparel in any given style and size. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The UT Arlington bookstore make shirts and clothing available in larger sizes through special order and/or kept in stock for those students, faculty, and alumni to choose from. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The new t-shirt and apparel sizes be added to the currently available shirts and apparel, in all styles and colors. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Every shirt and apparel style available for purchase in-store be offered for online purchase by fellow Mavericks anywhere web access is offered. |
