Whereas | This summer the locks on the doors separating the two rooms that share a bathroom were removed due to fire hazard violation. |
Whereas | This has left the residents at Lipscomb South without even a minimal amount of security in regards to their personal items. |
Whereas | Every other residence hall on campus where residents share a room has either a locking closet or cabinet provided to keep their personal items safe. |
Be It Further Resolved That | The Lipscomb South closets be equipped with locks to provide residents somewhere to keep their personal items worry free. |
Be It Further Resolved That | The Lipscomb South closets are remodeled so that someone cannot easily reach through from one closet to another. |
