| Whereas | UTA is prone to promote events in the Rosebud Theatre; and |
| Whereas | Rosebud Theatre was constructed at an angle and not ADA compliant; and |
| Whereas | Students in wheelchairs have no place to park themselves without the fear of rolling down the aisles; and |
| Whereas | Texas Hall has cut outs in various places that allows for students with wheelchairs to safely park themselves without the worry of rolling away; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Rosebud Theatre be modified to allow students with wheelchairs to safely attend events and be ADA compliant. |
