Remarks FAILED - There is already a Pre-Law advisor there to help students interested in this.
Whereas Many departments around campus offer Pre-Law option to their degrees; and
Whereas There is not a Pre-Law program implemented in the university as a whole and students might find it difficult to get advised from different faculty regarding possible course options and so forth; and
Whereas The University of Texas at Arlington has currently a Pre-Med program ran by the College of Science and students find easier guidance from a set amount of faculty and staff dedicated to this particular program; and
Whereas Pre-Law students have to obtain information about career options from different individuals, which could be confusing and troubling.
Be It Further Resolved That The University of Texas at Arlington consider organizing and instituting a Pre-Law Program where there will be a set of advisors that will collaborate with students from different departments to succeed in the process of Law School application.
