| Whereas | Nedderman Drive between the Forest Glen Apartments (south of UTA Blvd.) and the intersection at Greek Row is poorly lit; and |
| Whereas | This then becomes a hazard to the high pedestrian and vehicular traffic on Nedderman Drive. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The lighting be increased to reduce this safety hazard. |
