| Whereas | UT Arlington takes prides in its diverse population, a large part of which is international students and students with special dietary needs; and |
| Whereas | There are many essential cultural food items that are not found at either of the aforementioned locations; and |
| Whereas | There is no other form of public transportation in Arlington. |
