| Whereas | Departments in the College of Education, College of Engineering, College of Liberal Arts, School of Architecture, School of Nursing, School of Urban and Public Affairs, and other specialty classes take place on Saturdays; and |
| Whereas | The only option to students for meals and other necessities is Starbucks. |
