| Remarks | UC operations can cooperate with a student organization if bill payment is an issue. |
| Whereas | Student Organizations frequently need and use the University Center for various events at a valuable discount; and |
| Whereas | These Student Organizations often have limited and controlled access to funds and fundraising; and |
| Whereas | Due to the large number of events in the University Center, billing for University costs can take several weeks to months after the actual event takes place, making organizational budgeting difficult; and |
| Whereas | Student Organizations can find it difficult to make a lump sum payment in a timely manner for an event that may have occurred last month in order to stay active. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Student Organizations be allowed to pay for University Center fees in structured installment plans based on the total amount of fees. |
