| Whereas | Many students are unaware that Student Congress exists or feel that Student Congress does not affect them; and |
| Whereas | There is limited exposure of Student Congress on campus and limited platforms for students to voice their opinions. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | An open student forum be held, at least once per semester, where students may voice their opinions and directly address student leaders; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | This forum be held in a high traffic area, such as the Library Mall to increase Student Congress exposure and student involvement. |
