| Whereas | The restroom on the second floor Life Science building was recently converted from a male to a female restroom facility; and |
| Whereas | The male urinals have not been removed which deters many students from using these facilities; and |
| Whereas | The lack of student desire to use these seemingly 'co-ed' facilitates creates an overflow on the first floor which often results in students being late to class. |
