| Whereas | The park area situated between the Life Science building and faculty parking lot has two major items in need of repair; and |
| Whereas | One issue involves the rock structure which encases plants that has broken and cracked and needs to be redone; and |
| Whereas | The other involves a bench that has broken in half. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | These two issues be repaired in order to make UTA look its best. |
