Whereas | The Fort Worth Center is a separate campus of 600 UTA students who have all their classes in the Fort Worth Center; and |
Whereas | the Center has an unused flat screen television mounted on the wall in the lobby, and only one tiny bulletin board in the library; and |
Whereas | the Fort Worth students need to feel more like a part of the University of Texas at Arlington community; and |
Whereas | the University must do all it can to encourage students' pride in our University, to someday be proud Alumni supporters. |
Be It Further Resolved That | The University explore ways to connect the lobby flat-screen TV to display student government & main campus information and events, and install more bulletin boards in common areas. |
