Remarks
Whereas The Fort Worth Center is a separate campus of 600 UTA students who have all their classes in the Fort Worth Center; and
Whereas the Center has an unused flat screen television mounted on the wall in the lobby, and only one tiny bulletin board in the library; and
Whereas the Fort Worth students need to feel more like a part of the University of Texas at Arlington community; and
Whereas the University must do all it can to encourage students' pride in our University, to someday be proud Alumni supporters.
Be It Further Resolved That The University explore ways to connect the lobby flat-screen TV to display student government & main campus information and events, and install more bulletin boards in common areas.
