| Whereas | The women's restrooms in the College of Business Administration (COBA) are in need of repair; and |
| Whereas | The cold water does not work on the sink on the right in the 1st floor restroom or on the sink on the left in the 2nd floor restroom; and |
| Whereas | The sinks and toilets in the 2nd floor women's restroom (room 248) are leaking. The excess water causes a bad odor. |
