| Whereas | These events are theoretically free to all UTA students, Alumni, and faculty; and |
| Whereas | In a number of events, Alumni and faculty have protested being charged a guest fee upon entering the building. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The MAC building work with student organizations to begin implementing a system for these events that allows individuals affiliated with UTA (e.g., faculty and Alumni) to enter the building free of charge , therefore ensuring the enjoyment of these events and the continued exceptional reputation of the MAC building. |
