| Whereas | The majority of these machines only accepts small bills and changes as means of payments, and only a few allow for payment using a debit card or UTA ID. |
| Whereas | Few students carry small bills or change on their persons and instead use their debit cards and UTA ID's as their primary means to pay for items on campus. |
