| Whereas | The university provides bulletin boards inside of several buildings for UTA-affiliated organizations to publicize their events and get the word out on campus; and |
| Whereas | Only a few of these boards exist on campus and none of them are in outside locations. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Bulletin boards be placed in central locations outdoors, such as outside the library where students can see them as they walk to and from there classes, thereby giving these organizations the publicity their events need to be successful. |
