Remarks The Parking Office already makes the necessary efforts to inform students about the parking rules and regulations. It is up to the students to read the information.
Whereas Students attending New Maverick Orientation are reminded to purchase a parking permit; and
Whereas MyMav reminds students to purchase a parking permit while registering for classes; and
Whereas Most students are unaware of the traffic and parking rules and regulations for UT Arlington; and
Whereas Many citations are written due to students not having a valid permit.
Be It Further Resolved That A greater effort be made by the administration and Student Congress to make students aware of the traffic and parking rules and regulations.
