| Whereas | The water fountains in the University Center only dispense cold water; and |
| Whereas | During the winter season, some students prefer to use hot water; and |
| Whereas | Drinking cold water is unhealthy for sick students, especially in the cold weather. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Hot water dispensers to placed in the University Center and, if possible, in other on-campus buildings. |
