| Whereas | Printers on campus converted to a pay as you go system in August of 2011; |
| Whereas | Currently, if one wishes to print something out on campus using their MavID,they must first take the time to deposit money into their MyMav account, subjecting them to a dollar service fee in the process; |
| Whereas | This extra step can cause great inconvenience to students that are in a rush to meet deadlines. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Students are allowed an additional option upon swiping your MavID at a UTA print station, the charges be directly charged to your MyMav account as would any other fee. |
