| Whereas | All campus fees are paid through general student tuition; |
| Whereas | This system was adopted with the intention of making it easier for students to know exactly how much they owed the university; |
| Whereas | This transition has unintentionally made it harder for individual university programs to profit off of the services they provide; |
| Whereas | Direct profit would push these programs to deliver better services to students, as there would be more monetary motivation to do so; |
