Remarks
Whereas The University of Texas at Arlington strives to provide a quality education;
Whereas At the end of the semester, students are more focused on preparing for their final exams than completing professor evaluations;
Whereas Students are likely to complete the evaluation if an incentive is provided.
Whereas Other universities receive a higher response rate when students who complete their evaluations are allowed to view their semester grades prior to students who don't complete the evaluations.
Be It Further Resolved That The University of Texas at Arlington make semester grades available to students who complete their professor evaluations earlier than students who don't complete their surveys as an incentive to receive timely feedback.
