| Whereas | The university meal plan is very expensive for students; and |
| Whereas | Students who don't use all of their Dining Dollars in one semester lose that money at the end of the semester; and |
| Whereas | Dining Dollars are equivalent to cash; and |
| Whereas | The university receives all left over monies not used by the student. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Dining Dollars be carried over from the fall to the spring semester; and |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Dining Dollars will not be carried over from the spring to the fall semester. |
