| Whereas | Enrichment hour was established to provide time on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for student organizations to meet; and |
| Whereas | This time was to be free of classes and available for students; and |
| Whereas | Freshman are now pre-enrolled in classes and not able to change their schedule due to other slots already being filled; and |
| Whereas | Labs are extending into enrichment hour, keeping students from participating in organizations and leaving them unable to change their course time. |
