| Whereas | Student organizations use the University Center rooms for meeting purposes; and |
| Whereas | The process to reserve a room takes time to fill out paperwork and have everything approved by the correct administrators; and |
| Whereas | While completing the process there is no way to see what rooms are available to reserve on the specific date you are sometimes left having to restart the process due to the unavailability of said room. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The University Center should pursue an electronic system that allows student organizations to see what rooms are available for reservation before filling out paperwork to help improve the process. |
