| Remarks | The committee felt that alternative means of providing information would be easier. They decided that we should talk to communications and have each college put a link on their website that redirects user to Student Congress page. That way users can get the information easily. |
| Whereas | Student Congress represents the views and opinions of the student body; and |
| Whereas | It is important that the senators are connected to their constituents; and |
| Whereas | Most issues that students face can be solved if they are in contact with their senator; and |
| Whereas | Most students do not know where to find the contact information of the senators for their college. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The University of Texas at Arlington seek means to have senator information present in the advising office of each college so that the constituents can find and know the information more readily. |
