| Whereas | The POD Market located in the Maverick Activities Center currently closes at 7 PM Monday – Friday and is not open on Saturday; and |
| Whereas | Many students and staff utilize MAC facilities after they are done with classes and/or work; and |
| Whereas | Often times this means that the hours these students access the MAC facilities are in the evening or on Saturday; and |
| Whereas | Any type of exercise drains the body of energy and students/staff need to be able to resupply that energy with drinks and food items. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | The POD Market at the MAC extends its hours of operation until at least 11 PM Monday – Friday and look into opening during Saturday. |
