| Whereas | The lawn behind the Maverick Activity Center is a popular place for students to play sports and hang out; and |
| Whereas | The intramural fields are usually in use or unavailable; and |
| Whereas | There are no light fixtures to enhance visibility when the sun begins to set; and |
| Whereas | There is also an immediate drop-off next to the fields that leads to a small creek. |
| Be It Further Resolved That | Some sort of lights and, small fence next to the creek, be installed at the lawn behind the Maverick Activities Center. |
